Checkerboard
While googling for bento boxes (it's a sickness), I came across this picture in the New York Times style section:
I just love the clean lines and the visual aspect of the room. Now, I'm not sure if I'd like my bedroom merged with my kitchen like that, but I can admire the graphic nature of the wall-to-wall storage system.
